A few new pieces!
In time for the Dallas Market!
This "PEACE" has been in my stash of designs for awhile. Originally a special request, now available for all. |
This was my original, made into a computer bag for moi! The tie dye may be different on yours but the special Peace Sign stitch I did will be the same. The guide has peace throughout! |
Love this bag!! Mid Century Sophisticated! |
How I do this ... not sure if others follow a similar path but this works for me when a piece is stitch painted. MOST of mine are ... |
I needed a Christmas Purse! Maybe YOU do too! I call this my "Mod Ornament Purse" |
Stitched and beaded, Kumihimo strap made ... I just need to find that perfect fabric. |
Just a few beads! |
Your PEACE sign is totally awesome, love, love, love it!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE love love that you love it! 😍
DeleteMe too!
Kimberly, all pieces are beautiful! What type of threads did you use for the purse?
ReplyDeleteHi Andra!
DeleteWhat I prefer to use is Vineyard Merino Wool. It wears like iron, even use it for my pups collars that get a lot of hard use. I do like to throw in a shiny silk but not if it's along any edges. The Christmas bag I used several silks, Vineyard Classic mainly. I won't carry that for very long :)
Hope all is well with you!

I meant threads for Midcentury Modern Purse 😉
ReplyDeleteAndra, I don't. I can put a list together this coming weekend while I'm at The Black Sheep. I'll message you via FB when I have it for you.
DeleteLUV the Christmas purse! I never thought of making myself a purse for different holidays. What a great idea...
